Picasa is software that helps you quickly find, edit and share all the photos on your PC. You can get started by using Picasa to easily transfer photos from your camera. Whenever you open the program, all of your photos will be automatically found (including photos you've forgotten) and sorted into visual albums organized by date with folder names that you can easily recognize. Drag and drop to reorder your albums and create new groups.

Picasa makes advanced one-click edits to easily share photos; you can email or print your photos, create gift CDs, and even post your photos to your own blog.

If you want to share photos with your friends, you can link Picasa to Picasa Web Albums. Free storage is limited to 1 GB. However, it is possible to increase the storage capacity for a smaller fee.
