Neighbor (1.1.0)

Neighbor is a Torrent client capable of downloading files, while allowing instant playback of already downloaded content. All you have to do is search for a torrent by name, language, tags or description on various pages or in other torrent clients and have it downloaded.

Playing content during the download applies to both videos and movies, as well as music. The program has a customizable home page, where you can select your own content and see the news that interests you.

Each client creates a community, and any torrent downloaded through Neighbor will be taken to a database from which other users can download the content.
