Riot Games has made a name in the world for its MOBA game, League of Legends. This game universe offers enormous space for expansion, culminating in Legends of Runeterra. This is a card game in which you can play with the cards of heroes from League of Legends, but also brand new characters.
The title is based on the same principle as its successful predecessors, ie Hearthstone or Gwent. Two players stand against each other and after each round they take turns in attack and defense. It starts at zero mana and gradually increases its number to ten with each round. Mana is traditionally used to summon units or cast spells.
Like in MOBA games, cards are gaining strength, gaining experience and getting stronger from round to round. The champions are assigned to six factions, which differ in their abilities and elementary bases. Noxus focuses on strong and direct attacking, Demacia has powerful units with many lives and high statistics, Ionia has magicians and magic, Shadow Isles specializes in a large number of units in hand and board, Freljord offers slowing and powerful ending, Piltover & Zaun are traps and trick specialists.

The game requires you to come back every day to gain new experience, complete quests and win prizes. This approach is a matter of course in all card games focused on online competition. Weekly and daily challenges will keep you in the game for great prizes and rewards in the form of boxes, cards and new bonus capsules. As in League of Legends, you can look forward to regular updates and changes that will lead to new goals. Ranked / ranked games are a matter of course. The total length of one game is between 10 and 15 minutes, so much shorter than that of Hearthstone.
